World Handicap System 2020 – Rules of Handicapping Manual
A World Handicap System Rules of Handicapping Manual has been available to those countries who introduced the World Handicap System in January 2020.
There are five Rules of Handicapping Manuals available for download on this page, GB&I (England, Wales and Ireland), GB&I (Scotland), USGA and South Africa.
Because of different golf cultures you will find some minor differences. There are some Rules, notably 5.1 and 6.1, which you will find slightly different.
